Can't connect to a server within the domain name.

E8 as modpack, there's one mod which been included into the pack that prevent from using domain, I've tried to do one mod at time remove/place, no success. I'd like to ask which mod that modify or rather prevent from using the domains into multiplayer.. while this issue isn't apparent within few mods nor E6 as modpack. Yes I can confirm that domain pointed to the right ipaddress, and it works flawlessly with E6 modpack. issue isn't just apparent for myself as I've asked few people whom running E8 server that have available domain reporting the same issue. as !~TheLegend27~!#6073 did verify in his end facing similar issue.
also this issue easy to replicate*
- Fresh install E8 Server
- Grab an ip address xxx.xxx.xxx get a domain that you own or a free domain and input that ip.. wait for it to sync
- Fresh install E8 modpack go to multiplayer add server as favorite -> input domain.com:port Error: can't connect to server while it supposed to be working
Resolving the issue is just input ipaddress:port Which that shouldn't be the case, in vanilla mc or few mods within 1.18.x+ it supposed to be returning available(online) if server is up.
I do know it says "can't ping", the issue isn't by pinging. it's probably one of mods that prevent pinging to a domain name and it just does ping to an ip address.
