Unable to generate superflat world. World generation type ignored.

I'm trying to setup a creative test world in the new Beta version of E8 to test and verify some things, and possibly open more bug reports if they didn't get fixed between versions.
New Single Player World: Allow Cheats: ON + World Type: Superflat
This SHOULD generate a standard, shallow, superflat world... instead it generates OTBYG biomes. This is probably an OTBYG bug, but before I file a report there I wanted to confirm there weren't any other less obvious at a glance mods that might cause this issue.

I also think this is a BYG issue 👍 not sure what else it could be really.
I've done some testing and it turns out Terralith is responsible for this, not BYG. Disabling it fixes superflat generation.
