Bug with Gravestone mod deletes inventory but not curios

Describe your issue.

Items used: necklace of Osiris, Ruby Heart trinket No indication of Death

On our server we had a incident where we had 2 players where one player killed another one with a axe from apotheosis with a execute on it from 12.49%. The player that got hit had at this time a Ruby Heart trinket and the necklace of osiris equiped and didn't die because of that, wierd part is his inventory got emptied out but his curios slots where still filled.

With as a result his inventory got wiped

We haven't tested yet if we can replicated the incident but if you want to try do the following

1. Get a axe from apotheosis with a execute threshold of at least 12.49%
2. get a secondary player with a Necklace of Osiris and a Ruby heart trinket
3. Kill this player named in step 2 with the axe
4. all items in inventory should get deleted with as a exception the items in the curios slots
