[Expert] Energy Discharger Upgrade path broken

Recipe for upgrading Energy Discharger of any tier is just broken, it requires the same tier of Energy Discharger to craft "upgraded to that tier" Energy Discharger. I already checked the code, found an issue isn't fixed on 1.4.1 and (hopefully) I will try to fix it, if I will be not successful then I will let you know in about 2/3 hours 😅
