Workaround for those that experience this in the meantime; simply put the Potion Flask in your inventory and then it can be used by a fake player.

Looks like this is fixed in ars_nouveau-1.16.5-1.25.4

And they patched the exploit that allowed you to get source from water 😔

cant export empty flask also with RS unless they have nbt since i cant set the filter without getting them in my inventory
