Alchemy table recipe for the Brilliance living armour upgrade tome in Blood Magic is broken

The Json file describing the alchemy recipe required to make the Brilliance armour upgrade tome contains a typo in that the upgrade is not tagged, so the result is a empty upgrade tome without the brilliance upgrade.

Blood Magic has updated since this report and has added a lot of content/fixed a lot of bugs. Is this still an issue in 1.4.1?
