Using a catalyst when making Cured Rubber in an Induction Smelter reduces yield rather than boosting

Describe your issue.
If you use a catalyst in the bottom slot of the induction smelter when turning Dry Rubber into Cured Rubber you'll reduce your yield rather than improve it. Without a catalyst the recipe produces 1 Cured for each Dry. Using blaze powder will return around half a stack of Cured for a stack of Dry. Sand gives you somewhere around 55 Cured for a stack. So the "better" the catalyst the more rubber you lose.
