The Emendatus Enigmatica silicon does not work with refined storage in 1.1.2. The refined storage silicon seems to be disabled but still shows up as the correct one to craft refined storage things.

Do you have some screenshots of examples? I haven't run across any yet that don't accept EE silicon.
