Unable to harvest leaves with shears

Modpack version 0.5.4

Issue When ever trying to harvest leaves with shears nothing will drop.

Logs Input pastebin link to crash-report or latest log, if applicable

Even vanilla shears?

Don't think so but i know flint and manasteel shears don't work

tested all the shears it is only the botania shears that won't harvest leaves.
