Issue Threw redstone onto lava as indicated in JEI, lost redstone.

Logs N/A

The JEI entry I am referencing is as follows: recipe-error

I did not. Playing E2E w/o any changes on my part. No added or removed mods or scripts. Of course this doesn't mean CurseForge didn't mess something up.
