Tinkers Osmium Pickaxehead Shows Mining Level Osmium?

Issue When progressing through the Getting Started chapter, after acquiring osmium ore, it's somewhat confusing on how to get the next obsidian level tier. The osmium pickaxe head itself shows that it's mining level is osmium, and I expected for it to show obsidian level.

So as a quest reward for Harvest Level 5 I instinctively took the alumite shovelhead (or knightslime) to melt down into a pickaxe head that could mine obsidian for sure. However once I made the osmium sharpening kit, I was indeed able to mine obsidian, and I didn't need to get alumite to melt down.

If it is intended to display like that, maybe mentioning in the Harvest Level 6 quest that obsidian can be mined at osmium level tier or higher.
