Upgrade Cryptpad 5.1.0

I started to fix #30 - but I am still getting an internal server error that I cannot trace in the logs. I suspect I will have better luck by switching to the standalone cryptpad image and remove the cryptpad-nginx config. I will have to set the Content Security Policy headers to do this securely without nginx.
