Now you can make your _site directory a git submodule!

I also deleted some related tests that are skipped and seem to have been implemented in blogofile/tests/integration/test_integration.py.

Hmm this feels a bit hacky actually. Maybe you should be able to configure the files that are skipped in the teardown; I'd like to keep README, CNAME, LICENSE, &c.
