That's one new issue.. when that happens again, can you send the rainmeter logs before regenerating the blur? Right click anywhere on the clock -> `Rainmeter` -> `Logs`

Try resetting the wallpaper and setting it again.

The update does not matter. This issue happens because the path of the wallpaper seems to change everytime you restart, so try renaming your image file and setting the wallpaper...
