Bug Description
The title says it all really. If an animal (such as a horse) is leashed to a fence post (all in a WG region), a player can un-leash the animal by right-clicking it while holding a lead.
Expected Behavior
The player should not be able to un-leash the animal.
Reproduction Steps
- Create a WG region.
- Spawn a leashable animal and leash it to a fence post (all inside the WG region).
- Have a player hold a lead and right-click the leashed animal.
- Observe as the animal becomes un-leashed, and the lead item is dropped to the ground beside the animal.

I'm guessing this is part of the same but, but my players have also helped me realise that shears can also be used to remove armour from horses/wolves, and harnesses from happy ghasts. The harnesses can also be placed back onto the happy ghasts.
