Add blacklisted worlds

The Problem

Some plugin which depend on creating and deleting temporary worlds will not work well with worldguard; no config could define in it since they're temporary and have a random name, and plugins keep generating useless files for those worlds. So I'm thinking is there any workaround for this.

A Solution

Add blacklisted-world-configuration; or add match rule based on regex or something else.
