Add flag disable-item-use to select usable items

The Problem

It would be great if WorldGuard had a disable-item-use flag. This flag could be set with strings like the deny-spawn flag for example, but with items that can be used. Some examples for these items would be the Elytra or some Food Items like Golden Apples or the Milk Bucket.

I don't really see an alternative...I didn't find any other flag that could somehow do this

You can just use worldguard extra flags plugin for fly flags

Hey @kokqi Thanks for your suggestion! I see that WorldGuard Extra Flags also has a "Glide" Flag to allow/disallow the use of the Elytra...so I'm going to check it out when I got some time. If it works like I want it to, then I'm going to close this issue and create a new one just for the item use flag :)
