Flag to Prevent Villager Trading

Currently players that have a protected region with a book shop for example, can have players sneak/glitch their way into their villager storage area and use them for trading instead.

Has anyone looked at this yet?

I feel it is much needed to prevent villager trading in protected regions, I thought it was a default feature but turns out there isn't even a flag for it!
