Blacklist file wrong month

If I log blacklist-output to file the month in file name is always "actual month minus 1"

that's probably because january is 0. http://stackoverflow.com/questions/344380 for whatever reason they decided to 0-index the months. in theory it's easy enough to fix but i dunno if that will start breaking things for anyone who still uses it. if anyone actually uses it.
