Sheep can eat grass, needs flag to block

I noticed there was an older one that was closed due to age and you said you were willing to fix this problem if someone brought it up again. If there was a flag that made it so sheep couldn't eat in a region (or could eat and it wouldn't destroy grass) that would be great. Thanks.

sheep and rabbits both throw entitychangeblock now, though sheep are currently bugged. could do with a flag/cfg for all of this I guess
