Wither block damage flag

It would be nice to have an flag witch blocks Wither block damage in an region. At the moment you can block this in the config for the whole world but not region based. I need this to block wither griefes in the spawn area but still allow wither block damage in the wilderness. Eg its more challenging to kill an wither who destroys blocks.

I have the same concern, players have discovered how to grief with a WitherBoss and it's to OP for the server
