Command Logging Non-functional

Bug Description

Command Logging feature apparently doesn't create a log file, and therefore is completely non-functional.

Expected Behavior

Commands are logged to a file.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Enable command logging in config.
  2. Select a cuboid and run //set stone.
  3. where worldedit.log

Anything Else?

feel free to donate a pull request (taking into consideration the issues mentioned in the previous one). otherwise bumping issues isn't going to get anyone anywhere.
