Describe the bug paste the saved schematic will not enable the repeating_command_block in the schematic. this bug is not only in newest version but also before.

this is basically any block that relies on scheduled ticks to resolve state at a later time. will probably need a side effect applier that goes and schedules immediate ticks after pasting for these various blocks so they can start doing whatever it is they are supposed to do.
