Denied crafting on specific item that has NBT name/lore

I tried a few more advanced crafting, it seems that item with NBT name/lore tag is not accepted in a few crafting like tools, but it worked on some items.

For example : http://pastebin.com/WRUKXXDQ (Try spawning coal with data value 3 without NBT tags)

This one worked but when using NBT name/lore tag item like COAL:3|&fRuby|&7&oRed gemstone , it will never work. Interestingly, this worked perfectly. http://pastebin.com/Qhd2xP3c

Update : Crafting tools/weapons with NBT tag will not work, ever.

Another update, you can't craft armour/tools/weapons with item that has NBT tag. Try to craft a leather armour with normal leather, then try it with NBT tag.

I don't know if this is supposed to be Spigot/Bukkit or Minecraft bug
