MC1277 Not playing In overlapped Regions

CRAFTBOOK-3048 - Reported by Redstorm3265

When using MC1277 to play within region2 it will not play if it is being overlapped by region1.

Please comment if you need more information or have some way around this. Thank you.

This is most likely to be an issue with WorldGuard, what version are you using?
