Describe the bug Jukebox IC sign when its radius is defined with a region, song only turns on once - turn it off and attempt to turn it on again and it doesn't

To Reproduce

1. Make Jukebox sign
2. define region "radius" (in my case - " r:kool " )
3. turn it on, music plays
4. turn it off, music stops
5. turn it on, nothing

Expected behavior

For it to start playing music again Screenshots
