Deploy MUSE versions to Conda Forge

After #105

Like with #106 , deploying MUSE to conda-forge so it can be easily installable if conda is the preferred Python distribution will be very useful for end users.

The process looks a bit convoluted, but once the repository is setup with the appropriate extra files (eg. the recipe file), the whole process can probably be simplified with a GitHub Action.

This needs investigation and, probably, a fair amount of time.
