Inquiry About RL-ADN Code: Step Function Parameters

Dear Hou,

I would like to express my gratitude for making the code associated with your paper, "RL-ADN: A High-Performance Deep Reinforcement Learning Environment for Optimal Energy Storage Systems Dispatch in Active Distribution Networks," publicly available. It has been incredibly helpful for my research.

However, I have encountered some aspects of the code that I do not fully understand. Specifically, in the step function of battery.py(https://github.com/ShengrenHou/RL-ADN/blob/main/rl_adn/environments/battery.py), I am unclear about the significance of the hyperparameters 5 and 12. I understand that a day is divided into 96 time slots, so I believe the value 5 should be 15. Could you please clarify the meaning of 12 in this context?
