What is the Ip-Block blocklist extension meant to do?

After using it, it seems to block quite a lot of normal domains. Rather than blocking specific IP’s, it’s blocking large chunks of IP’s, for e.g it’s blocking anything ending in .125 which is obviously going to affect a large proportion of the internet. Is this intentional?

Edit: Found the issue, seems to be because of the slashes as they’re treated as regex rather than it being recognised as the subnet, for e.g “281.192.131/125”. This shouldn’t be in a domain/hosts blocklist.
