Please add an Adblock Plus version with [AdBlock Plus 1.1] version TAG

One of the options is to use the blocklist in ADBLOCK format. Many ad-blockers being able to read adblockplus block-list require the Adblock Plus version TAG. This means that the first line of the ADBLOCK PLUS block-lists should be (in example below version 1.1 is used
