Triggering when desired file is changed

Hi, I have another use case for this system and want to understand if it is possible. I have a lot of charts and what the system to monitor them and modify the system to desired state each time that they change (The change will be new version of HELM). Is it any way to cause landscaper to reread the desired file and modify the system accordingly? want to run it with --loop and not restart it. Thanks
