Plugins not all aligned

This is due to some plugins having icons, which aren't displayed here (afaik iced still doesnt supports it via OpenGL), but their offset is. The pragmatic thing would be to either indent all iconless plugins by the standard icon size, or use placeholder icon.

This was fixed all the way back in dec40bcdf00a26b3d2d98a6bb18f4ba135e9c36a (v0.9.0)
