Possibility to Disable summoned Pets when you are tagged in PVP.

Open KnifeKat opened this issue 8 years ago • 2 comments

I'd like to know if it is possible to make a toggle in the config, that despawns pets when you are in PVP.(Just for RPGInventory Pets/MyPET Pets. Not normal Tamed Mobs and whatnot).

I want to disable Pets for PVP, and only want a player to be able to use them during Player Vs Environment. So I can release some pretty strong pets, without them being too powerful and destroying other players in a PVP Environment.

This way, if someone attacks you, the pet would be disabled entirely, until your PVP Status has been turned off.

I know there is an option already to turn on and off rather a pet can attack a player or monsters only, however the issue with that, is if the pet is out and about/summoned, it can block fireballs, arrows and other projectiles/weapon hits if a player accidentally hits the pet.

Without it being there/despawning during PVP, it won't be in the way/block a player from hitting another player.

Sorry if any of this confuses you, I will try to reword if needed.

Thanks in advance and I love you more than tacos and cookies!
