open it using 7zip, windows explorer doesn't work well with passwords... if you don't want to install 7zip for some reason, you can do a right click on the explorer in the zip folder, then press enter password, afaik.

Ok so, i DID do it in explorer (and tried winrar) But it still wouldn't extract
