This is actual garbage malware. All you do is rename loads of files to a random value, rename control panel values (??) and do VBS operations. Clearly, you haven't read the README:

You can't even taskkill svchost even with elevation AFAIK.
To send malware samples, you can send it to his mailbox and not here.

Please don't even bother with opening a thread here/submitting your own malware if:
- you have no idea what you are doing
- you are under the age of 13 (this may be illegal depending on where you live, or at least against terms of service on most sites)
- you haven't read the README (seriously)
- your malware has nothing original about it
- you haven't tested your malware
- your malware requires elevated permissions (administrator) or otherwise specific setup
- your malware is clearly and obviously recognisable as malware etc.
but i dont wanna test my malware because i dont do that job

No offence mate but this is honestly kinda garbage, also Endermanch specifically says no batch or vbs crap.
