I'm setting the September 18 day payload in windows 10 1809 R2 but when I restart the opening browser does not show a writing notepad screen and it does not destroy my bootloader.

windows 10 ameliorated is highly recommended due to it not having windows defender. Its stripped entirely.

Just delete the key HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\WinDefend using the safe mode (reccommended)
