Inquiries about Integrating BRDF Output by HyTools to Obtain BRF/Albedo

Thanks for the examples, I'll work on incorporating the ability to specify custom normalization angles next week when I address the no data value issue #10.

I would like to ask if there is a way to integrate the BRDF output from HyTools to obtain BRF/Albedo. I saw that you mentioned in this issue about incorporating the ability to specify custom normalization, but I don't quite understand what that means. I also want to know the specific way to use it to get BRF/Albedo.

Thanks!

In some Albedo models, such as kernel-based ones in MODIS Albedo product, pixel-based kernel weights are needed for the integration from BRDF to albedo. What HyTools provides are group-based kernel weights. The pixels are grouped by NDVIs. These two sets of weights are not equivalent, but the later ones might be used to approximate the former ones with some assumptions.
