[Console] [Usability] Greyed out "customize endpoint" text gives impression of unselectability

Describe the bug

When using the create address space workflow in the console, the text of the new question "customize endpoint" is presented in grey text, so it gives the impression that the options is unavailable.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open console.
2. Select "Create Address Space"
