line graph redraw is really annoying

As well as the value popup shooting in from the side on mouseover.

Personally I want motion in my system monitoring to catch my eye that something untoward is happening, not every screen refresh

Personally, I think the animation is smoother than not having it, as that would still redraw the graph, but the update would be sudden and rigid. So the motion would catch your eye worse imo.

But the option does exist to disable it. See recharts#233.

Maybe we can have a checkbox on the page to enable or disable the animation.

Let's see, might have to think about this a bit.
