Safari - when recording going to the previous speaker just records

On Safari, if you use /candidate-conversation-candidate-recorder and record a video segment, and then hit the previous speaker button, it just records. It should play back what you had just recorded.

On Safari (13.1.2), you have to enable the experimental feature MediaRecorder in order for recording to work.
