rerecord placeholder on safari doesn't switch

on safari, with Experimental Features Media Capabilities Extensions, and Media Recorder enabled, if you go to undebate-qa.herokuapp.com/candidate-conversation-candidate-recorder and record answers, and then Review It, and then "Rerecord Placeholder Video" after it re-does the placeholder video, it will also re-record the video for the next question. This does not happen on chrome on mac. Nor does it on PC.

It's a bug- but it's only possible to record on safari by enabling the experimental features, and then only when redoing the placeholder video, so not many would see it.
