Join rounds of Q&A

In the case of hartford, we want to send out the link to candidates inviting them to record their answers to the first round of questions, and later we want to send them a link to record answers to a new round of different questions. After the candidates have recorded for the new round, we want to join the answers to the viewer so that a voter can see the answers to all the question in sequence.
