Users are requesting the ability to speed up the playback. There is a playbackRate that can be applied to the html5 element. We should give uses a button for changing the speed. It should apply to the speaker only. (Placeholder videos should not speed up). Also, we need to test this, but I'm thinking that the playback rate a user chooses should be per candidate. audience 1 would be 2x, audience2 would be 1.5x, and the moderator could be 1x. The button would show, adjust the playbackRate for the currently speaking candidate.
