fix(wallet-mobile): Adds tx history loading while checking for stake pool

It takes quite a bit to know wether the "automatic" modal needs to open or not. Without this PR, getTransition shows loading state, but getStakingInfo doesn't. So this PR makes it more consistent.

But it just means the feature is making the screen take a long time to load, even if the outcome is no modal needs opening.

Best thing would be to be able to check it on wallet selection screen, but that is currently not possible.
