E2E tests fixes. Part 1.

As @yushih said it is necessary to restart the service worker after loading indexedDB with data. So it was done, unfortunately, in quite ugly way. @yushih if you know a console command to restart the service worker, please tell me.

Also indexedDB snapshots were updated, old snapshots caused errors.

These changes are mostly as a note for myself to update all test and catch errors on preparation steps.
