How would knowing the server addresses help to understand how the data is being relayed? Yoroi is using an instance of the remote backend service, which is also developed as an open-source project, you can find the codebase here if you are interested to see how the data is being processed on the backend - https://github.com/Emurgo/yoroi-graphql-migration-backend
