Pool search should support pool* identifier

Currently only the hex representation of pool ID works in Delegation by ID tab. So when you try to search for a pool by pool* identifier (which ironically seems to be the only type of identifier supported by the other major wallet, Daedalus), e.g. pool1zmfpd5r5vfwjmwm4cgy53exe58h7plnecny3t4948yw7zumzp4c you get an error 'Invalid Pool Id'.

Some consistency across wallets to support both pool ID mechanisms would be great (although I'm not holding my breath on the Daedalus side of it, unfortunately...)

Please mark this as fixed as this seems to be working in current version of Yoroi...
