Weird Visual Bugs on Linux

I use the Windows version on PC and a Flatpak's Linux version on Chromebook. While on Windows this theme works perfectly and I really do love it, on Linux there's a lot of visual bugs which happen when opening and closing folders.

Bright geometric shapes (i.e. beige or green rectangles, yellow semicircles) appear in the workspace which gets worse the more folders that are opened. It also appears when hovered over a folder or file and flickers when typing. This seems to get fixed when all folders are closed.

I'm not sure if this is an issue because this version of Obsidian seems to do something different with the sidebar?

I'm creating and testing the theme on Windows 11 so I'm not sure about the bugs that are OS-specific. Could you add a screenshot/screen recording that shows the issue so I can ask for help from fellow theme devs that use Linux.
