¯\_(ツ)_/¯ = 🤷 – Make U+1F937 look more like the Shruggie kaomoji

U+1F937 🤷 obviously matches the popular ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ kaomoji that is routinely called Shruggie or Shruggy, but the facial expression mismatches.

If we do not want to deviate too much from the artwork of other vendors, I suggest only the gender-neutral variant uses a face-only emoticon with raised hands and the smile from Smirking Face (but different eyes).
