Detect if `"` `>` converts to " < and other encodings as well as other double URL encodes or UTF-7 payloads or something :D
First of all the tool is good but when i ran it on urls like around 100k this breaks up and another thing is that the network breaks and misses...
i have ran your tool for 5 urls and it took 5 hours is that normal
